Returns & Refunds Policy

At HoeyFarmer, all merchandise is printed on demand in Australia in partnership with The Print Bar. Each item is made specifically for your order, so please read the policy carefully before purchasing.


Change of mind & sizing

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Preference-based reasons (e.g. colour expectations, fit preference)

Please check sizing information carefully before placing your order.


Faulty or damaged items

We do accept returns or replacements if your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • With a printing defect
  • Incorrect compared to what was ordered

Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.


How to request a return or replacement

To request a return or replacement for a faulty item, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem

We’ll review your request and respond within 2 business days.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Important notes

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Minor variations in print placement or colour may occur and are considered normal for print-on-demand products
  • HoeyFarmer reserves the right to request the item be returned for inspection
  • Unauthorised returns may not be accepted

Order cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or edited once they have entered production.
