Order processing

All HoeyFarmer merchandise is printed on demand in Australia via our partner, The Print Bar.

Once your order is placed, it typically enters production within 1–3 business days.


Shipping times

Standard Shipping (Australia)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–9 business days after production
  • Total time from order: 5–14 business days

Express Shipping (Australia)

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after production

Customers are responsible for selecting the shipping method at checkout.


Dispatch & tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves production.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Shipping method selected

International shipping

At this time, international shipping may be available depending on your location and chosen shipping option.

Delivery timings for international orders vary based on carrier and destination.

Any customs, duties, and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Order changes & cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they are in production.

If you contact us before your order is processed (within 1 hour of purchase), we’ll do our best to assist — but we cannot guarantee changes.


Lost, delayed, or incorrect delivery

If your tracking shows your item as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbours
  2. Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark delivered early
  3. If still missing, contact us at support@lowlight.media

We’ll help investigate with the carrier and take the next steps.
